Shipping Policy

1. Order Verification Time

After payment is confirmed, order verification will be completed within 1–2 working days. Verification service is unavailable on weekends and Chinese public holidays.

2. Order Processing & Preparation Time

Once your order is verified, goods preparation, quality inspection and packing will take 3–5 working days. For pre‑order items, extended processing time will be notified separately via email.

3. Shipping Carrier

All parcels are shipped via international dedicated line logistics provider.

4. Transit Time

After parcel dispatch, international delivery normally takes 7–15 working days. Remote areas, local holidays and customs inspection may lead to extra delivery delays, which are not covered within the guaranteed transit window.

5. Parcel Tracking

Once the parcel is dispatched, tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can track delivery status on the official logistics website with the tracking number.

6. Shipping Available Countries

We deliver to most European and American countries including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and more.

Important Notes

1. Import duties & taxes: Import duties or VAT may be charged by local customs, which shall be borne by the recipient.
2. Delivery address: Please provide complete and accurate shipping address. Return freight caused by incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Working days: Monday to Friday (GMT+8 Beijing Time), excluding weekends and Chinese official holidays.
